Bulk parcels and containerised programs. Chilled and frozen lines move in 40RF with the set point and ventilation written into the booking and onto the bill of lading — a wrong set point on chilled beef or table grapes destroys the cargo.

What comes back.
Checked against Australian import conditions before the order, not after the container arrives. Where an import permit is required it must be granted before the goods arrive, or the container sits at your cost.

What actually fits in the box.
Typical figures only. The CSC plate on the door is the legal figure for any stowage or weight plan, and Australian road mass limits usually cap a 20GP well below its rated payload.

Getting it there
Three modes, chosen against shelf life — not against the invoice.
Most of this corridor moves by sea. The exceptions are the lines where a week costs more than the freight does, and we say so before you book rather than after.
Consolidation and packing
Palletised, stretch-wrapped and labelled to the destination's language and marking rules, with the carton count and net weight on the packing list matching what is actually in the box. Fumigation and ISPM 15 pallet treatment where the import conditions call for it.
Road and rail to the wharf
Australian road mass limits, not the container's rated payload, decide what a box can legally carry to the terminal. We plan the weight backwards from the road leg, and we book against the terminal's receival cut-off rather than the vessel's sailing date.
Airfreight, where it earns its cost
Live rock lobster, chilled premium primals, seed stock, sampling and launch quantities. Flown out of Perth, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, usually into Singapore or Hong Kong for onward distribution. We quote it as an alternative, never as the default.
