2. The site is information, not an offer
Everything published here — product descriptions, grades, pack formats, transit times, tariff and rules-of-origin commentary, container specifications and process descriptions — is general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not form part of any contract between us.
A binding contract arises only on our written confirmation of a specific transaction. Where a proforma invoice or sales contract conflicts with anything on this site, that document governs.
3. Accuracy
We take care with the information here and update it when we become aware that it is out of date. We do not warrant that it is complete or current. In particular:
- Transit times are indicative port-to-port ocean legs only. They exclude origin consolidation, terminal cut-offs, transhipment dwell, destination clearance and inland delivery, and must be confirmed against the carrier's live sailing schedule.
- Container dimensions, tare weights and payloads are typical figures. The CSC plate on the container door is the governing figure for any stowage or weight plan, and road mass limits may cap a container well below its rated payload.
- Tariff preferences, rules of origin, certification requirements and import conditions change. They must be verified for the specific HS code, origin and destination at the time of shipment.
- Certification schemes are held by the establishments that produce the goods, not by this website. Certificate holders and numbers are supplied on request for a specific consignment.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. This clause governs the website. Dispute resolution for a transaction is governed by the arbitration clause in the relevant sales contract.
